Company Background
Probity Engineering and Investment Limited was established as a limited liability company in December 2013. Initially founded by two directors, Swaleh Kawagama and Kyalwazi Abdul, the company later amended its shareholding structure by adding two more directors, Ssenyonjo Herbert and Hussein Suuka, resulting in a total of four directors
In April 2019, the company expanded its operations by establishing a legal branch in Tanzania, registered under the name Probity Engineering and Investment Tanzania Limited.
Throughout its existence, Probity Engineering and Investment Limited has actively engaged in diverse fields of engineering. The company has catered to clients both within Uganda and beyond its borders.
